Main responsibilities:
• Working with Service Delivery Management as Requirement Engineers to establish Requirements from Customers for change requests (“Work Orders”).
• Creating concepts and specifications for change requests for implementation in the issuing processing system landscape. Those requests might be product-related and/or customer-related.
• Meetings and calls with our customers and the service providers of the customers
• collaboration with all members of the internal teams and the technical operation units
• Functional point of contact for the implementation of Work Orders.
• Checking and sign-off of test results.
• Setting up of new card programs/new products within the Issuing Backoffice System.
• Assure correct configuration of the Issuing Backoffice System.
• Analysis of Incident- and Problem-Tickets
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; able to communicate complex information in a structured and an easy-to-understand way
• Highly experienced in analysis and specifications
• Fluency in German is great advantage
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of typical methodologies in that area:
o CPRE (Requirements Engineering)
o UML (Specification)
o BPMN (Business Process Modelling)
• Understanding of Mainframe and Java technology is desirable
• You should be skilled in and enjoy dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Working in a team is an important feature for you.

Experience in SAP FI-GL, VAT, FI-AA, PS would be beneficial
Deep expertise in design, configuration and test of SAP FI and sub modules
Experience in important and international SAP projects as functional consultant
Experience of working with Offshore factories – strong advantage
Knowledge of debug in ABAP would be taken as advantage, batch input, LSMWs, Queries, smart forms
Knowledge in Finances – Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, VAT, Dunning, Month end and Year and closing, Multi-currencies, IFRS and Local GAAP
Good listener, analysis and ability to simplify complex things for wider understanding
