Qualifications

  • Ensure efficient and effective resource management,

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Review requirements and specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Maintain and write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test executions and sets of test cases based on the specifications.
• Execute test cases (could be manual and/or automated), document and report the test results.
• Describe in detail the detected issues in a JIRA. Perform regression tests when bugs are resolved.
• Perform non-regression functional tests on each product release (could be automated and/or manual).

• Participate in the weekly planning and projects meetings.
• Share knowledge with the Team and actively participate in the initiatives.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

• If necessary, prepare documentation and instructions for use of the software products and systems.
• Identify any potential problem that users might encounter.
• In necessary, support the customers during their UAT.

Required skills and qualifications:

• At least 3-4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience with task and bug tracking software, such as JIRA.
• Experience in writing, managing and executing test cases.

• Knowledge and experience in functional testing (incl. Different device types).
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience in preparing and handling QA-related documentation.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

*** Business Project Manager ***

Tasks:

• You will independently carry out projects for the further development of our payment processes and applications (Payments)
• You take over and are responsible for individual projects independently as well as individual projects within comprehensive programs
• You manage project members independently
• You design and supervise the implementation of payment transaction processes as well as process optimizations
• You are the contact person for new customer projects and represent the company within the scope of projects with our customers
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• You monitor the delivery as well as the costs within the project

Profile:

• You have a university degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in project management in a complex, banking environment
• You are experienced in managing projects and leading project members
• You have experience in the area of financial services, preferably in national and international payment transactions
• You have methodological skills in project management, e. g. according to PRINCE2, as well as agile working methods
• You have a good understanding of technical contexts in distributed IT infrastructures
• You are used to working in a dynamic environment and acting independently
• You think and act entrepreneurial, result-oriented and structured
• You are business fluent in English and have very good
• Infrastructure / architecture
• File transfer connection
• Server setup
• + preferably further technical skills

– What will you do ?

Participate in an innovative test automation project for the payment industry. In this project, we combine technologies like Python, Angular, TypeScript and Robot Framework in order to improve the quality and efficiency of testing processes. In collaboration with colleagues we are developing a complete test framework for efficient and user friendly management the test processes.
The test framework is relied upon by the test organization in many aspects of their daily work and the goal for the future is to fully automate the process and increase the usability of the system for the team.

– You are responsible for :

The design, implementation, integration and test of a (sub) system, component or module in high quality, according to requirements and on time;
Compliance and alignment with software development professionalism standards within the team (processes and methodologies, quality of requirements, design, coding and testing);
Having fun integrating a wide range of technologies within a like minded small team of hard core developers.
Carrying out complicated development and prototyping tasks;
Implementation of requirements while considering the overall solution;
Promoting domain knowledge, innovative thinking and test-engineer/tester understanding.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Front-end (25% of the job): Angular (v8 and higher) and Typescript
• Back-end (75% of the job): Python 3.6 -> 3.8
• Understand different (test) tools that are used.
• Solid understanding and programming skills with databases (Oracle/MySql)
• Being able to adapt to dynamic and changing requirements and needs
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Good knowledge of Windows (Server) NT
• Good knowledge of Unix systems (Linux)
